Gallagher Dear Sarah Gallagher Thank you for your 'Acknowledgement' of my e-mail. Let me quote from that e-mail: - "The content of your emails will be considered as set out in Ann Abraham's letter to Dr Howard Stoate of 26 September 2005". In that letter dated 26 September 2005 it is stated by Ann Abraham " , the actions of those bodies fall outside of my jurisdiction". Under the Parliamentary Ombudsman's 'Remit' it states she can investigate the 'Legal Services Complaints Commission' and the 'Legal Services Commission', I have continually asked who these 'Bodies' are and if they have any relation to the Law Society's Complaints Procedures and the people who control it but nobody seems to know, even Ann Abraham seems confused as to who the 'Legal Services Complaints Commission' and the 'Legal Services Commission' are. Have you any ideas, remember it's in the PO's 'Remit'?? At
the bottom of your e-mail let me quote the information line: -
