Abraham, Parliamentary Ombudsman After sending an e-mail to the Parliamentary Ombudsman's office under an assumed name I recieved a prompt reply. However when I use my own name I become 'ignored', does that sound like 'Victimisation'. From:

Thank you for your email dated 8 March 2007 to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman regarding the rules of the Law Society and the Legal Services Ombudsman.
It may be helpful if I explain that the Ombudsman’s sole remit is to investigate complaints of maladministration on the part of those central government departments and other public sector bodies which are listed in Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 as being within her jurisdiction.
Unfortunately, neither the Law Society or the Legal Services Ombudsman falls within her remit, neither is she responsible for the rules and regulations that are put in place by those bodies and, therefore, she is unable to consider your complaint. We have, however, noted your comments and have kept them on file. Should we receive any future emails from you, we may simply acknowledge them.
We wish you all the best with your complaint against the Law Society, the Legal Services and the Department for Constitutional Affairs and trust it will be resolved.

I would like to ask a question and hopefully you will give an answer.

have tried this already but the CCS and the LSO do not abide by or enforce
the rules even to the extent of Zahida Manzoor (LSO) lying in Parliament

Who is the "Legal Services Complaints Commission"??? Also who does enforce the ‘Rules’?? When I asked questions I’m told that if I don’t like it “Takes us to the High Court”. That is paramount to ‘intimidation’ and a complainant should not have to go to the High Court to get the CCS and the LSO to comply with the rules and the law. Sorry that’s two questions. If you access http://www.solicitorsfromhell.com/zmanzoor2.htm#cri you will see the LSO deliberately ignored 'Section 23 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990' so according to Sir William Reid "failure to mitigate the effects of rigid adherence to the letter of the law…" also "unwillingness to treat the complainant as a person with rights" she is once again guilty of ‘Maladministration’.
If you look at part of a letter I sent Zahida Manzoor http://www.solicitorsfromhell.com/LSO_Zahida_Manzoor.htm#malad she ignores the law "When a public body is investigating a complaint all evidence must be available for all concerned" by saying the Law Society is not subject to the ‘Freedom of Information Acts’ http://www.solicitorsfromhell.com/zm95.htm I believe this is clear ‘Maladministration’ by a deliberate misuse of the law. You have to wonder why, if what I have been saying and putting on my website was not true, Zahida Manzoor has not take any action to have me removed from the Internet, for instance see; http://www.solicitorsfromhell.com/zmanzoor3.htm#maniac
The problem is the PO’s remit and who is the Legal Services Complaints Commission??
What happens next? Of course you now apply that old ‘ignore’ rule and the problem will go away, the Internet is becoming awash with complaints about the CCS and the LSO so something will eventually have to give.

Dear Debra
Having received no reply to my e-mails I decided to resend them in case you did not received them and hopefully you will answer my question(s) in particular “…who is the Legal Services Complaints Commission??” which according to the Ombudsman’s website comes under her ‘remit’.
If you cannot answer, bearing in mind your title ‘Advice Officer’, would you please ‘advise’ me who can?
