ZM likes to 'Parley' with the CCS Under
Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Below are two web pages with all associated documents 'linked'
that prove the Law Society's Complaints Procedure is corrupt. Zahida Manzoor' will tell you her job as the Legal Services Ombudsman is to oversee that the Complaints Commission carry out their investigation inline with the correct procedures in a fair and transparent fashion. It couldn't be further from the truth, she ignores the rules breaks the law and colludes with the Law Society Consumers Complaints Service to protect the Law Society members, that's besides lying, victimising, intimidation, withholding information, allowing the CCS to use factious evidence supposedly supplied by the solicitors and refusing to answer questions. Of course 'Chuckling Charlie' knows all this and his answer is "if you don't like it, take us to the High Court", just another form of 'intimidation'. This is not just one persons 'beef', look round the internet it is becoming the way to complain about the British Law Society Complaints Procedure and solicitor firms. One website in particular sums up Zahida Manzoor (LSO/LSCC) http://surreypolice.org/law_society - i.e. "As for the Legal Services Ombudsman, I would not hold out much hope of getting any proper remedy through her ,as I have found her a waste of time..." www.solicitorsfromhell.co.uk/ -- www.legalxchange.co.uk/darklists.htm - www.solicitorsfromhell.com/links.htm
Even the Irish are not free of the legal problems: - http://crookedlawyers.nfshost.com/index.php?s=wst_page4.html The Irish have started meetings the Scots' and Welsh are going the same way and I have been contacted by complainants also a number of website administrators to join in a concerted effort against the English 'Legal Mafia' Have a look at the Law Society's 'Protection Team' -www.solicitorsfromhell.com/lsobn.htm |

Let me quote 'Chuckling Charlie' "A complainant is somebody who doesn't quite understand the procedure, therefore must be wrong". "May be the 'day of the Jackal' has arrived" |
